Update PDC_Cost_Model_Global_Current.xlsx using real performance data collectedfrom DAG runs, instead of the current flat hours per month assumption.

Tasks

• Collect per-step task durations from real DAG runs (Config_Init, Copy, Validate,
  Harvest, Archive, cleanup)
• Verify current AWS pricing (ECS Fargate vCPU/memory, MWAA, EFS throughput)
• Update cost model with real per-batch costs instead of current flat hours per month
