What does [ERROR] [_doc][urn:nasa:pds:relab:data_reflectance:offmt003a::1.0]: document missing mean?

When I am running registry-mgr to change the archive status, what does this error message mean?

[pds-ops]

document missing means as we are looking for a bundle's collections or through a collection inventory to change the status on all the products, it cannot find one of the documents being referenced. This is most likely due to an error when attempting to harvest the data. We recommend re-running harvest on the associated bundle to pickup any products that may have failed or were not loaded on the first attempt, and then retrying registry-mgr.

Some additional notes here for finding and fixing these issues:

• Re-run harvest
• If this still fails, run validate to check if products are missing from the archive
• Verify the LIDVIDs throwing errors are actually products in the archive where harvest is run
