WIEMIP 1% CO2 simulations:

• ctrl = control
• bgc = biogeochemically coupled, changes in CO2 only
• rad = radiatively coupled, changes in temperature only
• cou = fully coupled

All cases with:

• 9 column hillslope hydrology
• Constant 1850 surface data / land cover
• CLM6 parameters with fire and methane mods of HH runs
• No irrigation, generic crop, 2 dominant pfts per grid.
• Initial conditions from wetlands.n03.ctsm5.4.029_f09noCrop_HH_165_[AD, SASU, pSASU] #167

@lawrencepj1, 1% CO2 runs for WIEMIP are done. I'm going to run LDF on these today to make sure things look as expected. This will generate single variable timeseries that you can use in the TRENDY postprocessing workflow that Adrianna provided. History output are here

Yes, these are hillslope, but @slevis-lmwg noticed an error in how we're handling CO2 data so they need to be rurun ☹️

would it be helpful for me to generate single variables TS anyway so you can start working on post processing?

@lawrencepj1 I went ahead and ran timeseries generation on cases that need to be rerun. This was helpful, as I found missing variables that have now been added to the h0a files that we needed.

I expect this will end up being an iterative process. Can you start working with Adrianna's post processing script to see what else we may be missing?

Files will (soon) be in the following directories, but for now I'd just focus on the clm6_hh_ukesm_cou case (even though the data are not correct)

• /glade/derecho/scratch/wwieder/archive/clm6_hh_ukesm_ctrl/lnd/proc/ts
  • This case being rerun for additional history output
• /glade/derecho/scratch/wwieder/archive/clm6_hh_ukesm_cou/lnd/proc/ts
  • as above + this case being rerun with correct CO2
