Support "external" ports when reverse proxy is in use #233
Description
As noted in #232, when a reverse proxy is in place doing OIDC becomes difficult because the constructed callback URL contains the tunnels port and domain rather than the port exposed by the reverse proxy.
Then NumberOfProxies is > 0 we should enable an additional feature on the tunnel to be able to set this.
