Unable to find Python code (no resource PYTHONSCRIPT)
What it mean? How to decompile exe?

It means there is no Python code in the EXE you provided.

Tried to use on exe which was obviously compiled via auto-py-to-exe and got the same problem

auto-py-to-exe uses PyInstaller compiler, not py2exe.
