Latexdiff support

A latexdiff output is requested for ISCA20 rebuttal, and often asked by a shepherd.

Currently the generated diff tex will not build because of the dependencies in libpaper.

e.g., 
`latexdiff --append-safecmd=subfile a/paper.tex b/paper.tex --flatten > diff.tex`
