Cant navigate homepage with XL accessibility text

A user was not able to select an AC because the homepage was so zoomed in due to their accessibility settings. Rusty was able to replicate.

We considered simply limiting the maximum text to something huge but not enormous, but ran into a couple tiny spots in the app where we were not able to limit it and decided to do nothing instead of pushing out a half-fix. See: #574

In my opinion, since this only happens if you go through every possible menu on iOS to make the text absolutely as large as possible, and since it's basically impossible to make the app do anything sensible for these kinds of font sizes (the avalanche forecast rose, elevation bands, etc, nothing can fit on a screen), limiting the top-end size to something still large but not huge is a good remediation.
