Page editor doing some really weird stuff

Describe the bug
I am building out the blocks page for DVAC and there's some behavior that makes me think I'm crazy. For example here, I didnt remove the sponsors block and it decided to replicate the team block after I published the changes

@busbyk saving for later. I wasn't able to predict or reproduce the behavior consistently enough to record. I will be watching it over the course of the spring

@rustynwac I looked into this, and maybe the page was not published? I removed NAC Media block (fix here #913 ) and republished the page and everything looks good
