No instructions on manually configuring "Respond to Email" plugin

The Respond to Email plugin has one setting. It is used to create a list of "safe" email addresses for Naomi to respond to. If Naomi receives an email from one of these addresses and it contains one of the wakewords, Naomi will attempt to parse the email as a command, then send the result back to the "from" address.

This it does not appear that this setting is actually documented anywhere, I'm changing it from

respond_to_emails:
- me@myemail.dom
- mynumber@mycarrier.dom

to

Safe Addresses:
- me@myemail.dom
- mynumber@mycarrier.dom
