Make multi-record operations atomic

• insert_all(records)
• delete(query)
• update(query)

These atomic functions will affect the performance of the db by a lot as to achieve this we will either have to:

• apply these changes to tmp copies of the records and then update the actual records if the operation succeeds on every record. If it fails, we all the copied records will be discarded
• apply these changes directly to the records and revert them for each record if the operation fails on just 1 of them.

Depending on the number of records, requiring atomic operations will be very expensive.
To address this we can limit these atomic operations to only transactions which can be rolled back if they fail.
While the general operations remain atomic only for operations on a single record.
