As it turns out, there are some charges that have no grade on the docket sheet, but have a listed grade on the court summary. In these cases, the grade shoudl be updated from the summary into the case. I can't imagine there would be a conflict between the two, but I think the best practice (for now) should be to only update the grade of a charge if that charge doesn't already have a grade.
This may be somewhat tricky as multiple charges with the same grade may exist on any case. Which should be updated?
