Robot App Eyes doesn't works with ExtendedSelenium2Library{protractor} support

AppEyes woks fine with the Selenium2Library . But the current application under test is Angular and looks like this is not going well supported with the ExtendedSelenium2Library.
Can there be a fix given for this?
