Sia-UI Error: "A critical error loading Sia has occurred."

Expected Behavior
Opening the Sia-UI should show my wallet balance and synchronize with the blockchain.

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)
Double-click the Sia-UI application to open it. Crash occurs immediately upon startup.
