On all vehicles (and cyclops), should be able to toggle a "go forward" cruise-control which doesn't mind you opening your PDA.

Currently the player can take the PDA out, but cannot bring the hand up to the face, so the PDA is fixed to the steering wheel. Setting the ArmsController handIKTargets to null did not resolve the issue.
