[FEAT] Include GPG key for network credential storage

Objective

Include a gpg key so WiFi credentials may be stored without additional input from the user.

Initial Implementation Requirements

• Determine method for non-interactive GPG key or blowfish store creation
• Confirm functionality in a clean installation
• Integrate in Ansible scripts

Other Considerations

• GUI presented options are GPG or Blowfish

gpg --quick-gen-key --batch --passphrase 'neon' neon will create a GPG key with passphrase "neon". TBD if this can be automatically unlocked on login
