Description
upgraded from b15 to b16 via voice command,
upon 'neon is ready'; I attempted to get some info, but there was no recognition of voice input via mic
mark II dev kit, 8G pi4, sj201-r6, usb-sdd
Steps to Reproduce
have beta 15 installed, since there is no notification icon, used mana say-to "xx" to get a diagnostic package
later : can do a gui pulldown - Reboot Services and have the mic recognition !!

a 'Reboot Services' will turn on the mic
