[BUG] Setting a timer for a time results in spoken error

Description

"Set a timer for 12:15" speaks an error. This should either confirm an alarm/reminder is set for the requested time, or speak a friendlier error. Maybe calculate a timedelta and set a timer for that?

did a small test , via ssh/mana
it was 4:53 [PM] asked 'set timer for 4:55' - I got your result - a timer for 12h & 2min
I then set my time to military format - asked for a timer 2 minutes past the current time - and it worked - 2 minute timer !!
