Reporting a Vulnerability

If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it responsibly:

  1. Do not open a public issue
  2. Email us at: security@forgelab.io
  3. Include detailed steps to reproduce
  4. Allow up to 48 hours for initial response

We take security seriously and appreciate your help in keeping ForgeGrid safe.

Security Considerations

ForgeGrid is a demonstration/simulation application. It does not:

  • Process real production data
  • Connect to actual manufacturing systems
  • Store sensitive information

However, if you deploy this in a production environment, ensure:

  • Proper authentication is implemented
  • API endpoints are secured
  • Environment variables are not exposed
