Can we pack once and push multiple times? #4
Description
In pre-release-dotnet-build-test-pack-push-default.yml, for example, we run the dotnet-build-test-pack-push-default workflow for each registry. It would be better (time-saving and consistency-ensuring) to pack once and then push the same packages to the multiple registries.
