Fix issues in Helm charts and manifests found by CHECKOV linter

Describe the bug

During the integration super-linter, we faced a lot of issues detected by the CHECKOV linter (part of the super-linter).

These issues look like real issues that are nice to fix.

To Reproduce

1. Edit .github/super-linter.env
2. Remove or set as true the variable VALIDATE_CHECKOV=true
3. Check the workflow
