There is no single, durable place in Qubership to store and view diagnostic artifacts. Today profiler call graphs/profiles, thread dumps, and heap dumps are scattered (local machines, pods, chats) and often lost on pod restarts. Engineers cannot search by app/version/env, share a stable link, apply retention, or compare artifacts, which slows RCA and post-incident reviews.

Build a lightweight Diagnostics service (collector + UI) that ingests dumps/profiles, stores them centrally with metadata, and provides a simple search/view interface with secure access.
