[Bug]: Error Code: ATP-0000 during Excel Dataset file import

Describe the bug

Go to '[R3] PLM' Dataset Storage
Click on 'Export DSL'
ER=AR: Excel file with all Datasets is downloaded

3. Delete all datasets from the file except 'Chain 22', and save

4. Go to '[BENS] Dataset' Dataset Storage

5. Click on 'Import DSL' and select the saved file

ER: success, file is imported without error, Chain 22 is present under [BENS] Dataset storage
AR: Error Code: ATP-0000. Generic internal system exception
Empty dataset created
