In the UI, request that users choose a series before opening webapps

Currently, if you go back to projects, chose another project but do not choose actively a new series and press on a webapp tab like WebAlign or WebWarp etc... the apps will open for the previous selected series which is confusing.

We need to force users to actively choose a series if they change project.

Rather than launching the webapp, a message asking the user to choose a series should appear.
