QCAlign: Export of hierarchy sheet for WHSv4 does not work

A user reported that they had problems with the hierarchy sheets from QCAlign v0.8 for WHSv4. I did a test and replicated the issue. For reduced levels of the hierarchy, the hierarchy sheet listed custom region names, but not region IDs or custom region colour. I have used this feature a lot for mouse data, but I'm not sure I've ever tested it for rat. It may be a longstanding issue.

WHS SD Rat atlas doesn't define colors for its compound structures in the hierarchy, while QCAlign needs them.
NESYS_Tools\QCAlign-Atlas_patch.zip contains modified WHS atlas packages that can be sent to users and they can update their copy of QCAlign. This is not an official fix. The missing colors were produced by averaging what was available on the deeper levels. They're not checked neither for contrast, nor for appeal, and it's definitely not something that comes from the atlasing team.
