can't load from json on mac

In the visualign docs it states that quicknii can also open the json format used there (https://visualign.readthedocs.io/en/latest/open.html), but the Load dialog in quicknii on the mac seems to show all filetypes except for xml greyed out and not selectable.

Yes, it's a relatively recent change, we heard about it in 2024 (PolarBean/DeepSlice#56). We only have the workaround mentioned there, a tiny JSON-to-XML converter "webpage", hosted at https://www.nesys.uio.no/QuickNII/JSON2XML.html
