Adding multiple channels support

I am working with multiplex fluorescence images which each channel give specific information about a certain region in the brain.
I was wondering if you could add a feature to open multiple channels in the VisuAlign, and have the ability to toggle on/off them.

These multiplexed images are up to 150 channels. But any number of channels could be visualize them in the software is going to be great.

Hi jjahanip, This would be a nice feature indeed and thank you for pointing this. Unfortunately, we can't give this a high priority right now because of the workload.
