Would it one day be possible to not propagate deformations and allow for independant movement of disconnected tissue pieces (Ie; cortex). As in if VisuAlign sees part is the atlas is disconnected from the rest of the atlas in one slice would it be possible to allow that piece to be freely moved by the user?
