nutil validator test Q3 fails because nutil results were generated with older visualign

Visualign has a correction in it now so that when theres no markers its output flat files match QuickNII. This VisuAlign is not compiled and released anywhere to my knowledge as an executable. To replicate Nutils results on this dataset we would need to either rerun Nutil on flat files exported from QuickNII or create a new executable for VisuAlign and generate the flat files this way. @sharoncy
