[Bug] Can't answer call 不能接听电话

Steps to reproduce

When anyone calls

Expected behaviour

Answer calls by pressing ths answer button

Actual behaviour

Cant answer call in the incoming call page, can answer via shortcut in notifications. Reject call always works.
