feat: natural language help #1073

Idea to flush out further:

Have a help menu item at the bottom that opens a chat with a specific system prompt that allows the user to ask specific help questions, with Jandal responding using a specific knowledge base and response format to provide answers. If the user is trying to find a feature or section of the application then we should link them directly there in the reply.

It should act like an faq / qa feature but have natural language input
