flocking: body/movement control for the webcam pipeline (not mouse) #4

Description

@juniperbevensee

When flocking moves into the live webcam pipeline, the mouse-attractor won't fit — control should come from the body. Drive the attractor/repulsor field from the existing matte: hand or body shapes, or just motion centroids, become the attractors the flock chases or flees. Reuse dtouch/matte.py (motion/person mattes already exist) to produce 2D attractor points each frame; feed them into the flocking force field. The flock becomes a mirror that swarms around the dancer.

Idea from Juniper while playing the live flocking instrument (2026-06-10).
