Replace delay() for Serial.print with Serial.flush()

I've been living in the pre-Arduino-1.0 world. Time to get with the times!

This will also mean we aren't just waiting for an arbitrary amount of time.

But this will also require some solid testing to ensure that we don't cause the system to hang.
