Update EAGLE parts definition for MAX6070: Correct BoM entry

This part currently points to MAX6071, which caused confusion in the BoM.

We should update this to MAX6070 and the appropriate Digi-Key parts number.

This should ideally be done before import to KiCAD for consistency across CAD software.
