A realistic model of your users to help you understand their motivations, needs, and expectations.

To Do:

• Create Personas to describe your users. For each one, include:
  • Background information: name, picture, demographic info, and a short narrative
  • Behavioral & dimensional information: goals, motivations, tasks, concerns, challenges, and pain points
  • Feature lists: brainstorm features your users might want or expect in your final product

TIP: Focus on behavioral and dimensional info to capture insights about goal-driven behaviors and user needs.

Tips for creating User Personas
