WSS for CDN fetching or superpeer mode

We find that some ISPs like to throttle or block HLS connections, but the P2P traffic is unaffected.

Is there any possibility to run the CDN server with some websocket/WebRTC layer, and use this for the initial fetching?

I think the plan is:

• Run headless browsers for your streams with white IPs for better connectivity
• Point the browsers to pages with your stream and configure them to cache the maximum and to support big number of peers
• Make static peer IDs for the headless browsers
• Modify trackers to prioritize those static peers for new users
