Description:
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As AI coding agents (like Cursor and Claude Code) evolve, they are developing new default UI patterns (often referred to as "AI slop") that bypass the current structural checks. To maintain Hallmark's effectiveness as an AI design skill toolkit, the evaluation gates and target structures need continuous updating to force structural variety.
Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to propose and contribute to three specific areas of improvement:
Expand the Slop-Test Gates: Add new regex and structural checks to the existing 50+ gate checklist to catch emerging AI UI tells (e.g., over-reliance on specific border-radius defaults, new gradient trends, or centered-everything layouts).
Design New Macrostructures: Introduce highly specific, hand-crafted HTML/CSS layouts to the catalog, such as a complex data-workbench layout or an editorial broadsheet, to force the AI out of standard SaaS defaults.
Theme Expansion: Contribute new OKLCH color palettes and typography pairings that introduce fresh aesthetic rulesets for the AI to pull from.
Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A - This is an expansion of the core philosophy of the repository.
Additional context
If the maintainers are open to these additions, I would be happy to draft a PR for either the new slop-test gates or a new macrostructure layout as a starting point. Please let me know which area has the highest priority!
