build system is quite broken for Linux

• - No pkgconfig .pc is generated
• - No SONAME in lib, no proper symlinks are created
• - FindPackage.cmake is quite strange... (no rush to fix as config is implemented)
• - no cmake Config.cmake file, no exported targets.
