Add kube-managment option for OPA in Trino

Problem Statement

At the moment OPA only uses OPAL for synchronizing policies and data. An option to use the kube-managment should be added.

Proposed Solution

The OPA helm chart is already set to deploy a kube-managment sidecar in the same pod as the OPA server. The Trino package can be modified to include kube-managment but excludes OPAL in this case.
