Set up Supabase project

[ONDAAA]

Create Supabase project and run migrations:

• Run backend/db/migrations.sql in SQL editor
• Configure auth (email/password + Google OAuth)
• Set environment variables in backend
• Connect waitlist form to Supabase table
• Test JWT verification flow
