[UI improvement] Research card spacing improvement

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

1. Could use gap instead of padding/margin:

2. The labels & counters should always align to the bottom. (because we never allow text to grow past the image size)

3. Double check how many lines we allow for each viewport, on the screenshot above could likely fit one more line.
4. The gap is too big here. It should always be the same as the padding around the card:
