It is not really expected that the office suite depends on certbot. There are a lots of other ways to manage certificates. It should probably belong to the "recommends" part, however, since there seems to be a new integration.

Hello @Julien-Blanc-tgcm. The certbot is required for a feature in the admin panel, so it's a dependency. But you're right, it's not required in the community edition without the admin panel. I created a bug 81543.

You are right: certbot is not required for Community Edition, since the admin panel is not available there. This has been fixed and will be included in future versions.
