Next Release: Remaining tasks for v2.0.1 release

We will use this Issue to track the remaining tasks and discussion for the v2.0.1 release.

• Create Unit Tests for the "move_node" functionality (branch 'dev/v2.0.1/move_node')
• Update Documentation and API on phprbac.net to reflect the "move_node" functionality
• Update phprbac.net and the OWASP PHP-RBAC project page to reflect the change in licensing
• Evaluate the suggestions, discussions and PR's that pertain to Database Connection parameters. Need to decide if this change should be introduced in v2.x or if we should wait till v3.x as this will break BC
• Need to evaluate the current composer integration and decided which changes need to be made for v2.x and what can wait till v3.x

If there are any other considerations please bring them to our attention so we can get a dialog going.
