Suggested by actuary working on index insurance in Africa/Asia to provide access to the underlying data -- value seen in this providing access to the data.
Technically, should be easy (it has already been filtered and displayed on hazard selection)
Trickier question is whether we want to start providing this (we are using selected data only), and how we allow / deny this option based on licence of data used.
