translation Russian>Spanish not working for some russian sites

I tried the following sites:

1. popmech.ru - didnt worked at all
2. kommersant.ru - some weird symbols instead Spanish
3. wikipedia.org - working just fine
4. rbc.ru - worked at first, then stopped. Tried to restart browser several times, ctrl+f5, no effect. I reseted Counter of translated words and it's worked for some other page and then stopepd again, and reseting Counter didnt worked
