I'm interested in getting pySTICS working for indeterminate crops (tomato etc.)
I'm curious if you (@etienneperez or @pasquierjb) have already figured out how big of a job this will be? What formalisms will be needed, etc?
I see the fruit.f90 file which will need to be translated. Maybe additions are necessary for biomass partitioning too?
