Add multiple reciters auido

Description

As a user I want to listen different reciters while reading Qur'an so I can learn to read correctly

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add multiple reciters audio, so user can download reciter audio from the displayed list
2. Display a list of reciters in the Surah Details -> Settings -> Sound drop-down
3. Make one default reciter ex: "Mishary Al-Afasy"
4. If user clicks on the other reciter change default reciter audio and download audio
5. Show reciters list in the playing bar
6. User should be able to change default reciter audio from the playing-bar and from the settings section
