Stuck on logo after uninstalling COSMOS 0.0.6

After downgrading from COSMOS OS 0.0.6 to Open Centauri 0.0.3, the printer rebooted and was stuck on the loading screen. Attempts to connect to the UART failed. After shorting the resistor and pressing the reset button on the board, there was no response in the console. The RX LED on the adapter blinks, but the TX LED does not. (I'm not an expert in working with UART)
However, the printer is detected by its IP address and can be accessed via SSH.

Why were you trying to downgrade from Cosmos to OC patched?
The switch-to-oc-patched and update-cosmos commands only work under Cosmos. As you reverted back to OC patched firmware you won't be able to use these commands.

Yes, but I wasn't sure the rollback was complete. Any suggestions?

I probably expressed myself incorrectly; it can't be flashed on OpenCentaury 0.0.3, and I used the standard tool on the printer screen "Switch to OC Patched"
