I am on Cosmos 0.0.6 and everything was working fine till today. Today suddenly my WiFi was not connected and in the WIFI settings i only see the 'loading ring' but No WiFi at all (even Not my mobile Hotspot). A factory reset or disconnecting it from Power supply for longer time a few times didnt solve my Problem. Without Internet Connection i can not go back to OC patched. Is there a way to find out whats wrong here or to Go Back to Stock anyhow? I also noticed the 3,3V LED right next to the antenna Plug is flashing, can anyone confirm this is a normal thing?

Can you connect with UART and show what dmesg says?

Do you have a USB Ethernet dongle? If you plug that in to the front port via USB and reboot it should DHCP an IP (might even do it hotplug but guaranteed to work on a reboot). Should work with the most common brands of dongle! Then you could SSH in to troubleshoot. UART would be another strong option though!

Recommend running dmesg like @jamesturton recommended and reporting back, either over USB Ethernet SSH or via serial UART.

You should probably work out what this issue is before trying to go back to OC patched though or you might end up breaking something. So dmesg will help us understand what's going on here

Can someone explain how to connect via UART? Do i have to use the 4 Pins on the Board named GND, TX, RX and 5V with a FTDI USB Adapter or whats the best was? Sorry for that question but i normally do those things via WiFi 😅

Yeah, if it doesn't even see the usb device, especially after hard rebooting, then I'm not too sure how much more I can suggest to get it working. The only last thing I could suggest is to leave it unplugged for a longer time like overnight and see if it comes back then. Otherwise you might have to contact elegoo to get a new board.

OK, i will try it again tomorrow. Do you think Elegoo will replace it if running on COSMOS? But i will get in contact and see what they say. Will report tomorrow after a longer Shutdown.

I can't say for certain, but I haven't heard anyone being denied support from elegoo from running a alternate firmware. Maybe you don't have to mention it in your first contact with them but instead just tell them your printer isn't connecting to wifi any more.

You could always go through the fail back process manually to get back to patched or stock. Support will likely ask you to send pictures of your display showing the issue. I would probably go to patched first and troubleshoot more there since once you're on stock there aren't many great options.

I had this behavior as well on 0.0.6 exactly once, no wifi connection and the spinning wheel on the wifi settings page. After powering down the printer for ~60 seconds it worked again, and never failed since then.
