After a user has veen deprovisioned in by the lifecycle API, his data is removed, but his token can still be found. It's useful to show the date/time the user was deprovisioned in the audit log.
Should be applied retroactively, i.e. the audit log projection of already deprovisioned users must also be updated to add this event.
