bin vs. src+build

In this repo, we have

bin

for both ts and js files.

In zenodo-cli-ts, we have

src
build

where src has the ts files, and the build has the resulting js files.

I think the arrangement for zenodo-cli-ts is more logical, and I propose to rearrange the folders in this repo.
